Admissions:

The Dr. William O. Benenson Rehabilitation Outpatient Program is open to the public and former residents of the Rehab Center.

To make an appointment to be evaluated by a Therapist, please speak to Irina Yakubov, Outpatient Secretary by calling (718) 888-5259.

A Doctor's prescription for Outpatient Therapy is required.
